Program Overview:
sheADHD TV is an innovative program by the sheADHD Foundation designed to empower women diagnosed with ADHD later in life to build leadership and communication skills by sharing their lived experiences. Through the medium of podcasting, participants transform personal challenges into powerful narratives that inspire, educate, and connect with diverse audiences. This program equips neurodiverse women with the tools they need to become confident leaders, effective communicators, and impactful advocates, while normalizing ADHD as part of their leadership identity.

Amplify Lived Experiences: Provide participants with the skills to transform their unique ADHD journeys into compelling stories that resonate and inspire others.
